CANCELLATIONS: At least 48hrs notice before of any cancellations & rearrangements to your appointment. Booking fees are none refundable if cancelled within this 48hr period.
COLOUR SERVICES: All consultations must be pre booked in with one of our stylists that’s available at the time of booking, we require that all colour appointments must have a skin test done within a 6months period of their last colour. This must be done in the salon with a stylist at least 48hrs prior to their booking, failure to do so will lead to cancelling & losing your appointment. Please note all clients must be over the age of 16yrs for any colour services.
APPOINTMENTS : We have different tiers regarding our stylists level these are based on level of experience and training, until your consultation please be aware the stylist may decide on a different service for your required style which will alter the price. All consultations take 15mins and include advice on the service booked, skin tests, strands tests (if needed) and estimated/total pricing of the appointment. Children’s appointments are dry cuts only up until the age of 12yrs and are only 15min-30min slots depending on there age , if you wish for your child’s hair to be wash they will be charged as a high school price and the salon should be notified on the day of booking.
BOOKING FEES: are to be taken on the day of booking and will be done by a third party company, this then will be deducted from your bills total. All appointments will not be secure without a booking fee been paid. Please note booking fees are none refundable if cancelled within this 48hr period.
SALON POLICY : We do not tolerate any kind of inappropriate behaviour nor physical, verbal violence towards any of our staff members and other clients, we also do not tolerate any kind of discrimination and will be asked to leave the salon immediately, local authorities will be notified of any incidents occur. We have CCTV recording in & outside of the building at all times. Please note we are not a ladies only salon as we have male members of staff and clients, also please be made aware that we have stairs that lead down into the salon which could be made difficult for any clients that are in need wheelchair/disability access.
